Agave nectar also maintains freshness and fluffiness in baked desserts for longer periods of time.

The taste of organic agave nectar varies with colour. While light agave nectar is milder and more neutral in taste, amber agave nectar has a more moderately intense caramel flavour. Dark agave nectar offers a strong caramel taste.
