Home Workouts Vs. Gym Workouts
Thus, as per our analysis, it is derived that there is a clear trend emerging of working out in gyms, fitness centers or at home because of the privacy and comfort. The ones who workout at home is maybe because of lack of financial resources, fear of judgement and travel issues. Those who work out at gyms either couldn’t afford to accommodate or physically buy equipment or doesn’t want to pay the cleaning and maintenance cost of the same. Gyms also provide the facility of fitness classes which are not just limited to strength training but also includes aerobics, cardio and other forms of workout which in turn attracts customers to opt for gyms. Besides this, if they purchase membership, they would be entitled to many more benefits such as swimming pool, steam bath, dietary needs etc. which would not be available if you were working out at home.
