Physical stores of luxury brands, though only preferred by 5% of respondents, remain a vital touchpoint for experiencing luxury firsthand. Physical stores and boutiques are preferred by 5% of the respondents as they offer an immersive brand experience that cannot be provided online. Findings also show the role played by physical stores, emails or letters from luxury brands, fashion shows and events, and luxury lifestyle magazines, each contributing in diverse ways.
