India, the largest democracy of the world, just witnessed its biggest election in modern history which proved to be a true testament of its democratic nature. Along with its allies, BJP secured a clear majority of 293 and the INDIA bloc won 232 seats, creating a strong opposition.
To study these results further, Expert market research conducted a survey across 50,000 participants, with the aim to learn the perception of people and understand where the political allegiance of people lies after the elections. This revealed some interesting insights which were quite different from the previous election outcome.

Political Party Citizens Wish To See In The Center
Through the study, 76.92% of the total respondents expressed their wish to see BJP’s rule in the central government. 7.69% of the people have voted for AAP. Congress was the choice of 5.77% of the respondents and another 5.77% opted for NOTA, expressing their dissatisfaction with all the candidates presented to them. The remaining 3.85% have chosen independent candidates as their preference.
