A 300MW data centre campus has been proposed in the Philippines by Manila-based construction and engineering firm Endec Group and Narra Technology Park Development Inc. The two companies have signed a lease contract deal for a 47-hectare site within the New Clark City (NCC). The planned Narra Technology Park, located in the Clark Science City area of NCC, will consist of a 300MW hyperscale data centre campus to be constructed in three 100MW phases. Construction on the first phase is expected to commence in August 2024. Endec announced that the company will be investing $890 million in each phase, with the first 100MW expected to be operational by the fourth quarter of 2025.
